Milind is a B.E. in Mechanical Engg. and a post-graduate in marketing (M.M.S.) from Mumbai University. He is an accomplished facilitator in the area of Behavioral Skills and with over 25 years of extensive experience in functions such as Marketing and Sales, Production, Purchase, TQM Implementation, Training and Facilitation and also with an Entrepreneurial stint. Passion for training drives him to take the programs to newer heights each time and help participants make a difference to themselves and achieve excellence.

For over 5 years, Milind was working as Behavioral Skills Trainer / Facilitator with Wipro Technologies and made a mark for himself within the organization as a key member of the training team. His last assignment was as in-charge of the learning centre at Pune.
Milind has done several programs across the hierarchy from Middle to Senior level managers, from Project Managers to Delivery Managers to GMs to VPs. He has also done account level consulting in the Behavioral Learning space.

He has been involved in conceptualizing, designing and delivering various programs using in-house developed content, apart from several international certifications. He has single-handedly handled the Pune location of the organization for many years and created a brand for the Learning and Development function through his incessant efforts. During this time, the location has grown
from 700 to 4500 people. He is also the consultant / facilitator in the L&D function who is certified to run the most programs.
