Who We Are?

Insights Behavioral Solutions is an organization dedicated to people development. We believe in the philosophy, “It’s better to train your people and let them go than not to train and keep them.”

We are a team of highly experienced and dedicated professionals committed to the cause of people development.

With the fast changing world, there is an increasing need felt by organizations for training their employees. As we all know, upskilling is important and it is primarily needed to get the employees to deliver better on the job. However, usually, most organizations focus only on technical and / or functional training which is the bread & butter for them. Behavioral Training is very important too, and that’s where we focus on.

 

We offer programs to suit the need of every cadre of the leadership ladder, including lower, middle, and senior management. Our programs and offerings are customized to the client needs and also to the role and level of participants in the organization. This ensures that the participants find it meaningful to apply the learning on the job.

While we do offer one-off programs around the competency framework, long term engagements are always mutually beneficial. For every assignment, we engage with the client to understand as to why they would like to do that intervention, the objectives and outcomes, and make recommendations to help customize the program to the client needs and help meet the objectives.

Milind is a B.E. in Mechanical Engg. and a post-graduate in marketing (M.M.S.) from Mumbai University.

Sachidanand Kulkarni

SRK is computer science graduate and postgraduate in Human Resources with 14 years of practical experience in various functions of human capital.
